Aquatic rehabilitation is offered for people who have had a cerebrovascular accient, stroke or brain injury, those with M.S. or requiring adaptive fitness. Expected results from the pool exercises include: improved circulation; strength and flexibility; and, confidence in movement. Participants requiring assistance need to bring a volunteer, who may enter free.
